The Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (Trust or QRI) will seek to provide Unitholders with monthly income and capital preservation by investing in a portfolio of investments that offers direct and indirect exposure to real estate loans secured by first and second mortgages, predominantly located in Australia.

The Offer

Below is a summary of the offer of Units in the Trust (Offer). The Product Disclosure Statement dated 8 October 2018 in respect of the Offer (PDS) should be read in full before making any decision to apply for Units. The PDS is issued by the Trust Company (RE Services) Limited in its capacity as the responsible entity of the Trust (Responsible Entity). Capitalised terms used on this website have the meaning given to them in the PDS unless they are defined with a different meaning on this website.

The Offer is for Units in the Trust. Units will be issued at an Offer price of $1.60 per Unit. The Offer will raise a minimum of $150 million and a maximum of $500 million.

The General Offer is open to persons who have a registered address in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong,  Singapore, Canada (British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec only) and Israel. Please note that restrictions apply to investors located in Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and Israel.

Prior to investing in the Trust, it is important that investors read the PDS in its entirety. Any Application of Units under the Offer is to be made in accordance with the PDS.

How to invest

Applications can be submitted online or by completing the paper Application Form contained in the PDS. Application Amounts are a minimum of $2,000 or 1,250 Units.

Once you have read the PDS, the fastest way to invest is by clicking the “INVEST ONLINE” button below, which will take you to the Unit Registry’s website, Automic. If you are applying online you must complete your Application and pay your Application Amount by making either a BPAY, cheque, bank draft or money order payment.

If you wish to apply using a paper Application Form, you must complete your Application and pay your Application Amount by enclosing a cheque, bank draft or money order payment with your completed Application Form.
