Speaking at the recent [i3] Property Forum hosted by the [i3] Investment Innovation Institute, our Global Head of Real Estate, Mark Fischer discussed the urgent need to reduce the gap between housing supply and demand in Australia and the role that build-to-rent (BTR) residential can play.

In front of an audience of local investors, Mark shared the similarities between the emergence of the BTR sector in Australia and the more mature UK market and what can be learnt. While the challenges that exist in the Australian BTR market may appear insurmountable – they are not!
