MEDIA RELEASE: Qualitas Announces Kivanch Mehmet as Head of Institutional Capital

Kivanch joins Qualitas having spent 15 years in the real estate investment industry, based in Australia and London, including coverage across Asia-Pacific. He is based in Sydney and will work closely with Tim Johansen, Global Head of Capital and the broader team to further build and strengthen our relationships with institutional clients in Australia and globally.

Kivanch joined Qualitas from Charter Hall, where he served as the Head of Wholesale Investor Relations, with responsibility for the firm’s investor relations program for investors in unlisted institutional funds.  Earlier in his career, he held senior real estate roles in debt, equity and indirect funds management at National Australia Bank, JLL, DTZ and MaxCap Group.
