NEWS: Qualitas launches Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan

7 July 2025

We are proud to announce the launch of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This is our second RAP, representing a significant commitment in our journey toward reconciliation.

Our vision for reconciliation is a future for Australia that is inclusive and equitable for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, one that not only recognises, but celebrates the histories of the world’s oldest living cultures.

We strive towards embedding positive change so that we, through engaging our spheres of influence within the Australian commercial real estate industry and through partnering with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and businesses, can deliver a substantive contribution to Australia’s reconciliation journey. This vision is deeply aligned with our core value to Lead with Respect.

We would like to thank our RAP Working Group members, including former RAP advisor Kristal Kinsela, as they have been instrumental in the development and delivery of our Reflect and now the development of our Innovate RAP. Thank you also to Alysha Menzel for her work on the design of our Innovate RAP, which is an extension of ‘Journey of Growth’ artwork developed for our first RAP.

For this next part of our journey, we are delighted to welcome Pallyan Hunter to our RAP Working Group as an external advisor. Pallyan is the son of Murrundindi, the Ngurungaeta of the Wurundjeri people, and a proud Wurundjeri man.

Our Innovate RAP provides a framework to turn intention into action. It sets out practical steps we’ll take to deepen our understanding, create opportunities and contribute to positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities through our business, our partnerships and our people.
