Nick is responsible for two key debt fund strategies and the origination of real estate finance transactions across the full debt spectrum including senior debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity. Nick has 13 years’ experience within the Australian real estate financing market, working for Qualitas, Bankwest and Balmain Commercial. Prior to that he spent two years at RBS in London.

Daniel leads the legal and compliance team. Daniel is responsible for fund establishment, legal strategy and core transaction execution as well as general legal, enterprise risk and compliance. He has over 13 years of legal experience in banking and finance, restructuring and funds management. Prior to joining Qualitas, Daniel was at Arnold Bloch Leibler, a leading Australian commercial law firm.
