Leading Australian alternative real estate investment manager Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL) announced today that Dr. Michael Kollo has joined the firm as Chief AI Transformation Officer, a newly created position reflecting our strategic commitment to embedding artificial intelligence (AI) into our operations to drive efficiencies.
Dr. Kollo brings a unique combination of strategic operational planning, senior executive leadership, and deep AI expertise within global finance – positioning him to orchestrate the optimal allocation of resources between human and AI capabilities.
