Yin-Peng has 13 years’ experience in real estate financing for corporate and institutional borrowers across all property sectors. Yin-Peng played a lead role in the establishment of the ASX-listed Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund, and is responsible for fund and product strategy and investor relations. Yin-Peng joined Qualitas in 2017 as a Director of Real Estate Finance, responsible for origination and execution of real estate finance transactions across the full spectrum of debt. Prior to this, Yin-Peng spent 9 years in the Real Estate Finance at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and 3 years in Institutional Property at ANZ where she was responsible for origination and execution of real estate transactions, predominantly for AREITs.

Nick Bullick

Nick has primary responsibility for two key debt fund strategies and is responsible for the origination of real estate finance transactions across the full debt spectrum including senior debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity. Nick has 13 years’ experience within the Australian real estate financing market. Prior to joining Qualitas, Nick was Regional Manager at Bankwest responsible for the NSW Property & Corporate portfolios. Nick also spent 3 years as Head of East Coast Broker & Acquisition team at Bankwest. Prior to Bankwest, Nick spent 6 years at Balmain Commercial and 2 years at RBS in London.

Head of Legal & Compliance, Qualitas Group

Daniel leads the legal and compliance function across Qualitas and is responsible for fund establishment and fund legal strategy. Daniel also has general legal, enterprise risk and compliance responsibility for Qualitas and provides core transaction execution assistance to the group. Daniel has over 13 years of legal experience in the banking and finance, restructuring and funds management space. Prior to joining Qualitas, Daniel was a Senior Associate in the banking and finance group of Arnold Bloch Leibler, a leading Australian commercial law firm with offices in Melbourne and Sydney.


Reuban Sivarajasingam

Reuban Sivarajasingam

Director, Advised Distribution, Listed Funds, Qualitas Group

Reuban has over 12 years experience in financial services in the areas of platform, asset management and distribution in the intermediary & family office market. Reuban leads the advised distribution strategy for the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund. Before Qualitas, Reuban was a Product & Sales manager for Macquarie Bank leading the advised distribution efforts for Macquarie Prime. He then moved to funds management sales, where he had distribution roles for Certitude Global Investment, Ironbark Asset management and Evans Dixon. Reuban was then an initial co-founder of, as well as the Head of Distribution for, a fintech start-up called Stropro.
